The iPhone 5 on iOS 6.0 and 6.0.1 seems to have issues when turning LTE
off and on. You can see that the phone starts out connected to LTE and
after toggling the setting it briefly switches to 3G then loses
connection for almost 2 minutes. When it finally regains connectivity
it only seems to find the 3G network.
Toggling the Airplane mode seems to have similar results.
I have yet to find a reliable way to get it back into LTE mode but playing with turning WiFi on and off and Airplane mode it eventually returns.
